• Delivery is free on all items*.
• Orders must be placed before 16:00hrs
• You are able to select your desired delivery date on placing you order
• All deliveries will take place between 07:00am - 18:00pm.
• Deliveries are made using a one man courier service and will be brought to your door only. (if you live in a block of flats then delivery will be made to the first door of the block).

Deliveries to different addresses

We can make deliveries to addresses that are different from the registered billing address for your chosen method of payment, however we do need to conduct further security checks. In some instances this may affect your chosen delivery date, in order to help us process these security checks efficiently please call us on 0870 726 2424 before 3pm on the day you place your order, or by 3pm the following working day if you placed your order after 3pm or at a weekend.

*There are a few remote postcode areas where we cannot guarantee next day delivery and an additional charge may apply due to use of a third party carrier. When placing your order you will first be asked to enter the delivery postcode, this will then display the delivery options to you, and any additional charges that may apply.
*We offer a free national delivery service on all orders over £69.00 across the majority of the UK. Orders for accessories (pillows, mattress toppers/protectors, bedding, linen and duvet sets) under £69.00 will occur a delivery charge of £7.99.
